ARDC is excited to attend the Animal Protection Conference and Expo on Oct. 21-22 at the The Hotel at Avalon, Alpharetta, GA. Our CEO, Aaron Fisher, will be presenting during the first session on Saturday the 22nd at 8am (yikes!). So, get your coffee early!

His presentation, “America’s Animal Welfare System is Broken and What We Can Do About it: A Deep Dive into Issues of Equity, Disparity and Access,” is designed to be an engaging, thoughtful and interactive discussion that encourages a critical look into the movement’s current approach to animal welfare (which is mostly reactive), and consider how we can be more prevention-minded in addressing the root causes of pet overpopulation and animal cruelty.
