Our One Leash Project is a humane education & community building program that connects participants with local first responders – on behalf of both the community’s pets and people. Students in Westminster’s ServeATL program made dog leashes that we then donated to City of Atlanta Fire Rescue Department station 14 in SW ATL. The leashes are used to help secure loose pets in emergencies and reunite them with their families – thereby preventing pets from becoming strays and entering our area’s overcrowded shelters.
